Purposes and legal grounds
We process contact and contextual data to answer your enquiry, provide project information, prepare an appointment or collaboration, and comply with legal obligations. The applicable legal basis may be steps taken before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, a legal obligation, or a carefully assessed legitimate interest.
Non-essential measurement, personalization and direct marketing require separate consent. A denial will not change access to essential website content or forms.
Data categories and retention
Depending on your inquiry, we process identification and contact details, role or organisation, project or ownership context, preferences, correspondence, proof of consent and limited technical security information. Free text should not contain sensitive personal data.
We bewaren die gegevens niet langer dan nodig, en per categorie verschillend:
- Een gesprek dat niet tot een dossier leidt: 24 maanden na het laatste contact.
- Een dossier — aankoop, verkoop, verhuur of ontwikkeling — van het eerste gesprek tot 10 jaar na de oplevering van het betrokken perceel. De termijn loopt vanaf de oplevering, omdat onze aansprakelijkheid voor de uitvoering tien jaar na de oplevering doorloopt. Zolang een perceel niet is opgeleverd, start die termijn niet en verwijderen we niets.
- Documenten die u via een deellink ontvangt: de verzending, de vrijgave en elke opening of download worden bij het dossier bewaard, met dezelfde einddatum als het dossier. Het IP-adres en de browsergegevens die daarbij horen bewaren we maximaal 12 maanden; daarna blijven de gebeurtenis en het tijdstip over, zonder gegevens die u identificeren.
- Bewijs van een toestemming: zolang de toestemming geldt, en daarna zolang we moeten kunnen aantonen dat we ze verkregen hebben.
- Boekhoudkundige stukken: 10 jaar, zoals de wet voorschrijft.
Is van een dossier de opleveringsdatum niet gekend, dan verwijderen we niets tot die datum vastgesteld is.
Zolang een dossier betwist is — een klacht, een geschil, een vraag van een raadsman of een lopende procedure — verwijderen we niets, ook niet na de termijnen hierboven, tot de betwisting gesloten is.
Deze termijnen zijn een maximum, geen doel. Wat eerder kan, gaat eerder.
Processors, recipients and transfers
Only employees and service providers who need the data for their task are given appropriate access. Hosting, form processing, CRM, email and security are contractually defined. Transfers outside the European Economic Area require a valid transfer mechanism and additional safeguards where necessary.
Exercise your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability and withdraw consent. We may request additional information to securely verify your identity. You can also file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
